Your  day-to-day [together, we will face a new game each day]:

As our Team Coach, you'll lead a team of top-notch players to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll build a winning culture that celebrates each player's unique talents and ensures everyone has an opportunity to shine.

You'll be responsible for executing our commercial playbook of your Department, rallying the team to stay focused towards the finish line.

You'll increase market share of your sport and forge strong relationships with new customer segments: sportsmen, sport venues and schools across the province. 

You'll constantly renew  the department's physical structure and improve the digital experience for our customers and teammates, ensuring that we always have the latest and greatest gear.

You demonstrate horizontal leadership skills and are a team player, always listening and exchanging ideas with your fellow players.
