Your  day-to-day [together, we will face a new game each day]:

As our Duty manager, you'll lead a team of top-notch players to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll build a winning culture that celebrates each player's unique talents and ensures everyone has an opportunity to shine.

You'll be responsible for executing our commercial playbook of our store,  rallying the team to stay focused towards the finish line.

You'll increase market share of the sports present in our Store and forge strong relationships with new customer segments: people, sport venues and schools across the province.

You'll constantly renew  the Store's physical structure and improve the digital experience for our customers and teammates, ensuring that we always have the latest and greatest gear.

Administrative Information

• Part Time (with a base of 30hrs/weekly) Indefinite Contract (including 6 months of probationary period);

• Minimum of 30 hours per week with the possibility to work up to 35 hours in a week (flex hours) depending on your's and the Manager's availability; and

• Basic hourly gross wage of 8.93EUR.

• Looking for a Duty Manager to start at our Decathlon San Gorg store (between Paceville and San Julien) at the beginning of April 2026.
