About the Role & Goals


We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Insight Specialist to optimize User Experience, Conversion Rate, and post purchase NPS across web and mobile apps via a data driven approach. Working autonomously, you will analyze user behavior to provide actionable insights, acting as the customer's voice to influence the product roadmap. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance the end to end e-commerce CX and establish best practices across the organization. Furthermore, you will work closely with the eCommerce, Marketing, Circularity, Finance, and Operations teams to help local stakeholders make informed decisions.


What you will do (Key Responsibilities)


  • Tracking and Data Collection: For local subdomain, audit tracking, create measurement plans and technical specs for data layers, manage the end to end implementation and deploy tags via GTM/Server-Side GTM. For local domain, manage media vendors implementation through GTM, monitor data quality and ensure GDPR/CMP compliance. 


  • Data Analysis: Conduct full funnel e-commerce, behavioral, and customer analytics to pinpoint revenue loss, optimize merchandising, promotions and basket sizes. Map user journeys to resolve friction points, segment users for cohort/retention analysis, and build comprehensive customer profiles analysing customer satisfaction through NPS. Lastly, analyze marketing attribution and brand visibility on LLMs. 


  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Create and automate intuitive reports for various company levels and optimize existing dashboards. Leverage AI Agents within Amplitude to improve reporting and business efficiency.

Fundamental Requirements (Must Have)

  • 3+ years of experience in Analytics within omnichannel e-commerce/retail.

  • In depth knowledge of GA4/Amplitude, and Contentsquare (UX/CRO recommendations).

  • Strong skills in data privacy (GDPR, Consent Mode), data collection and server side architectures, full funnel behavioral analysis, attribution and data modeling.

  • Ability to define A/B testing hypotheses and influence product roadmaps.

  • Experience in working in cross functional teams. 

  • Detail oriented, problem solver with strong product thinking.

  • Creative, energetic team player passionate about user centric analytics.

  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex topics to all stakeholder levels.

  • Strong business mindset to align analytics with goals and show impact.

  • Proficient with enterprise level platforms and technologies.

  • Agile and proactive in managing operations during high priority business events.

  • Help nurture a thriving data driven culture.

  • Contribute a psychologically safe team environment through active listening and empathy.

Additional Requirements (Nice to Have)


  • University degree/master in the STEM field

  • Official certifications for GA4 and/or Amplitude

  • Skills in User Research (eg. Medallia, Unguess) and qualitative analysis

  • Experience in sports retail.


Contract Details: Full time (40h/week), 2 days/week smartworking
